Individuals providing Personal Assistance Services are considered employees of Hope Horizon LLC and as such, federal, state or local income taxes are withheld. Part-time employees are not eligible for any benefits provided to full-time employees. Applications are accepted in person Tuesday between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. No application will be accepted without a current ID (driver's license or picture ID), Social Security Card, Current CPR/First Aid certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. All applicants will be subject to a criminal background check. Hope Horizon LLC reserves the right to require a drug test.
